Meet the people we’ve already helped

At Camwood, we’ve already worked with a number of companies to help them with all stages of app management.
Babcock International is just one example. With over 27,000 staff around the world, Babcock had built up an unknown number of applications in its estate. Camwood helped them to understand which apps were up-to-date, which were necessary and correctly licensed, and which were expendable. But don’t just take our word for it, play the video to hear what Babcock has to say about us.

Xentrall is a public sector partnership between Darlington Borough Council and Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, it was set up to deliver key back office transactional services. One of the areas which the partnership is focusing on is getting a better understanding of our application estate. We engaged with Camwood who provided us with an auditing and metering service, displaying the results through an analytics tool. Camwood recommended an application analytics tool called Vision provided by Rimo3. This tool not only helped us get a clear view of our application estate but gave us detail on departmental and individual usage for all applications, machines and users. This insight will help support us in our strategy to rationalise unused applications, improve service and reduce cost.

~ Chris Oats, Head of IT, Xentrall:,
